Seven Day Juice Fast, Plus a Three Day Water Fast

I heard about the ten-day juice fast from a friend of mine, and she was keen on doing it, providing we did it together for support. I agreed, and I started it in late January this year, 2021.

Breakfast consisted of undiluted celery juice (500mls).

Lunch was a mixture of fruits and vegetables called CABAL.

C — carrot

A — apple

B — beetroot

A — apple

L — lemon

The apples are a selection of red, yellow and green. Use these three apples in the cabal drink.

Dinner

A variety of eating apples juiced (500mls).

I did this seven day juice fast, and I did not suffer from hunger issues.

Following this seven day juice fasting, I did three-day water fast. I found using only water the most difficult to do. I pressed on and finished it.

I had to introduce solid food into my diet after the fast gradually because I learned it could lead to a sudden heart attack.

I weighed myself before the fast, and it showed 86kgs (189lbs). After the fast, my weight reduced to 76kgs (167lbs).

Now I gather you may be wondering did I keep the weight off; yes, I have. I am below 80kgs (176lbs).

I am tall, height 178cm, and I do not wish to lose any more weight.

I have changed my daily routine since this fast because I feel so much better, lighter and energised.

My day begins with water (hydration) equals good elimination.

Exercise 10-15 minutes a day on a Zen Chi, Powerfit platform or similar.

In the morning, be kind to your digestive system and support elimination by eating fruit. You can cut it into small pieces or blend it in a blender.

Furthermore, I read an article about Lemon, Salt and Water, and pre-make it fresh by combining two litres of filtered water with one whole lemon, squeezed and half a teaspoon of Himalayan salt. I use 250ml size glass to drink throughout the day totalling two litres of water intake.
