Morning Booster Blend
(Serves 4)
This Morning Booster Blend will give you the best start to your day!
Vegetables:
- Two Kale Leafs
- Two Silver Beet leafs
- One Branch of Parsley
- Two heads of Fresh Mint
- A small handful of chives
Fruit:
- One Kiwi (Golden Flesh)
- One Sweet Navel Orange
- One Red Apple
- One Banana
- Six strawberries
- One Passionfruit
- One Mango
- A small handful Blueberries
- A Small Avocado
Additions:
- One level Teaspoon of Maca
- Two tablespoons of Coconut Cream
- One level teaspoon of Ground Liquorice Root
- One teaspoon of Acai Powder
- One teaspoon of Hemp Seeds
Method:
Tear the leaves from the kale, silver beets, parsley and fresh mint.
Scoop out the flesh from the kiwifruit, passionfruit, avocado and place in the blender, discard the skins.
Cut the mango into halves and place into the blender. Discard the seed and skin.
Remove the skin from the banana, including the orange. If there are any seeds in the orange discard it.
Leave the skin on the apple and discard the core.
Remove the greens from the strawberries.
Finally:
Place all ingredients into the blender include one and a half glasses of filtered water, and blend until smooth.
