Nature's Trinity

How much nourishment is lost in our food?

Due to modern farming techniques, the farmer introduces three minerals namely Phosphorus, Nitrogen and Potassium, while it promotes plant growth, it does nothing for human health.

Food value losses are due to early harvesting, storage, cooking, freezing, canning, over processing, refining, and pasteurization.

Humans require over 90 nutrients including 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 Amino Acids and three essential fatty acids. How does this affect our health when we are not getting it from our foods, and we do not take supplements. This could result in poor health and diseases which are prevalent in our society today.

Why do diseases still exist in our society today if we are on a healthy diet? We’re eating food with little or no nutrients left to assist the body.

There is a group of people called the Hunzas, and they live in remote Himalayan Villages, they live exceptionally long lives (often over 100 years old)? They are active to an ancient age.

These people come from a mountainous region that would explain their longevity, because of them living in pristine conditions and not being exposed to air pollutants, microwave ovens, mobile phones, power lines etc.

Analysis of their food has been found to contain considerable amounts of vitamin and minerals that extend their lives.

To your health and vitality,
Julie Eden
