If your present body weight has stretched your skin for some years, my suggestion would be to lose the weight slowly this may return your skin to your first shape. If weight loss occurs too quickly, your skin will be loose, and it will not have the muscle tone it once had. What to do with the excess skin? Consult your physician and get their advice.

I chose a diet that is a healthier alternative, and I don’t count my calories. I drink water during the day and if I feel the need to eat something I will reach out for a piece of fruit or some nuts. I did attend a Gym before my diet change and for a while thinking this was my answer to weight loss. I have found that I was working hard using the Gyms equipment, and the results were I had lost some weight that looked promising. What I did not consider was my diet and the junk food I was consuming which was contributing to weight gain, not a loss.
I stopped going to the Gym and instead revamped my diet, and this assisted me to lose the weight and maintain this weight I had reached. Our body will balance to our average weight, and as long as we continue to eat a healthy diet we will keep this weight for as long as we live. Starving your body is not the way to lose weight it can result in taking away nutrients derived from fruit, vegetables, and other foods.

Cutting this food out of your diet. Cakes, sweets, ice cream, chips, bread, pasta, soft drinks, pizzas, deep fried and other fast foods these have fats, preservatives, dyes, sugars (natural and artificial), and of course sodium. Prepackaged foods have a much higher calorie and salt content. Significant weight gainers! Leave all these foods out of your diet and you will be on your way to a newer you.
When eating a meal slow down! Chew the food slowly and you will be less likely to overeat. When you’re hungry, you tend to eat quicker and, therefore, keep on eating until you cannot eat anymore.
My breakfast consists of having good 3 – 7 fruits blended drink including the pulp (fiber) and this keeps me satisfied until meal time. You will find FREE recipes of my nutritious fruit drinks – see under RECIPES.
Exercise:
If you are buying an item or two and it is not too heavy to carry then walk to your destination. It is difficult at first when you are overweight, and it will become easier as you get fitter. Get into shape by going out with a group of friends and walk with them. If you have a dog take it for a walk and both of you will get fit.
