Nature's Trinity

How I restored my vision

Many years ago, I was invited by a friend to attend an event in Melbourne, Australia, and the topic of interest for me was about being Vegetarian.

One of the many questions asked of the host of this show was how does one restore eye vision? The answer, eat carrots for the next two weeks at precisely 5 pm, and the eyesight will have repaired itself.

Since becoming Vegan in 2013, I have opted to eat more foods that are organically grown and reduced buying foods from the greengrocers. Fortunately, I have two friends who have extensive gardens, and they produce a variety of different vegetables and fruits.

How does Raw food affect the Human Body!

Raw food has all the enzymes that are alive because by cooking it you kill it so when you eat cooked food you are eating dead food that stresses our pancreas and other organs in the body.

I think during the years of partaking in more raw than cooked food may have contributed to my body repairing itself.

I adopted the Circadium Rythym plans from a book called “Fit for Life” by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond without changing my diet. The Circadian Rhythm governs every organ in the body, and in this book, it discusses three primary body cycles and the time frames to maintain a healthy body.

  • Eating and digestion
  • Absorption and use
  • Body waste and debris

I adhere to the times for eating and drinking water according to the natural body’s cycle. The fruits which I consume each day are high in water content, and my body knows when to alert me to drink more water

Included in my health regime is a “Natural Way of Breathing” the Buteyko method and how it solves health issues.

Exercise is essential for me. I take my Siberian Husky for her walk every day; It keeps me fit and healthy. Zara my Husky, she is not shy in approaching strangers, and I meet a lot of people because of her friendly nature.

How I found out that I could read the fine print

I noticed a newspaper on my table when an article caught my attention, and I sat down to read it. Before I knew it, I continued with other sections of interest until I finished the newspaper and disposed of it. I then realized I did not wear my glasses.

I am so grateful that my body has healed my eyesight to the time before

I started to wear prescription glasses.
