Fresh Broad bean Dip

Ingredients:
- One cup of broad beans
- Three cloves of garlic
- Three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- One Tablespoon of Soya Sauce
- A quarter Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
- Two tablespoons of Lemon Juice
- Add enough water for a smoother consistency
Method:
- Remove the outer shell from the broad beans
- Peel the skin from the broad bean
- Add all of the above ingredients and place into the blender or food processor
- When finished, if the consistency is too runny, grind two tablespoons of sesame seeds in a coffee grinder and that will make the dip thicker
