Cauliflower Patties Recipe
Cauliflower Patties Recipe – contributed to Nature’s Trinity by Eva Major, Australia
Ingredients:
- Two red skinned potatoes
- Six Large Cauliflower Florets
- One browned skinned onion\
- One Zucchini (Do not remove the skin)
- Three cloves of Garlic
- Two replacement eggs
- Four Tablespoons of Semolina (From the heart crushed wheat)
- One level teaspoon Turmeric
- One level teaspoon of Coriander or Curry
- One level teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
Peel the potatoes and grate on the large oblong holes of the grater. Do the same for the six large cauliflower florets. Remove the skin from the brown onion and dice finely. Peel the garlic and grate on the small oblong holes.
Grate the zucchini on the large oblong holes on the grater. Place into a mixing bowl.
Follow the directions on the replacement eggs packet. Add the semolina, turmeric, coriander or curry and Himalayan pink salt.
Mix all these ingredients together.
Prior to placing the mixture into the frypan. oil each of the segments and brush the oil evenly. Use a teaspoon to lift the mixture out of the mixing bowl and place it into the oiled segments by levelling it out using the back of the spoon. While one side is cooking brush a little of the oil on the raw side.
When the mixture shows a golden colour along the edge at the bottom, lift it gently to turn it over for further cooking.
