Avocado Spread Recipe On Toasted Dark Rye Bread

Ingredients:
- A whole ripe Avocado
- Half a small lemon, juiced
- A sprinkling of crushed black peppercorns
- Three large cloves of garlic finely grated
- One large carrot finely grated
- A small bunch of parsley finely chopped
- Dark Rye Bread
Method:
Mash the avocado with a fork and add the following, juice of half a small lemon, sprinkling of crushed black peppercorns, three large cloves of garlic, skin removed and finely grated on the small holes on the grater and include the finely chopped parsley.
Mix altogether thoroughly and add it to the toasted dark rye bread.
I have tried this recipe on other breads and dry biscuits when I could not buy the dark rye bread and it is not as nice as the toasted crunchy dark rye bread.
