Salad with a Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:

  • Pre-mixed salad leaves.
  • Slice tomato
  • Grate small carrot on the large oblong holes
  • Dice a small onion, remove skin
  • Slice a small cucumber, leave the skin on
    or use half if it is large
  • Add half an avocado, remove skin and slice

Mustard Dressing:

  1. One heaped teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
  2. One tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  3. One tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  4. If the Dijon mustard is salty to taste, add
    half a teaspoon raw sugar
  5. Stir all the ingredients together to form a
    runny paste.
  6. Pour the paste all over the salad, toss to cover the
    ingredients.
