Salad with a Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:
- Pre-mixed salad leaves.
- Slice tomato
- Grate small carrot on the large oblong holes
- Dice a small onion, remove skin
- Slice a small cucumber, leave the skin on
or use half if it is large - Add half an avocado, remove skin and slice
Mustard Dressing:
- One heaped teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
- One tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- One tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- If the Dijon mustard is salty to taste, add
half a teaspoon raw sugar - Stir all the ingredients together to form a
runny paste. - Pour the paste all over the salad, toss to cover the
ingredients.
