Hand Made Garlic And Olive Bread
Ingredients:
In a bowl, place the following components and use a knife or fork to mix. It will aerate the mixture.
- 250 grams of wholemeal plain flour
- 250 grams of fine semolina flour
- 100 grams of quick oats
- One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- One tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- One teaspoon of raw sugar
- One teaspoon of pink salt
- Eight large cloves of garlic finely grated
- Use half a jar of kalamata pitted olives. Strain the water
- and finely dice.
Add one and half teaspoons of dry yeast
500 MLS of warm water
Let the Mix rest and cover for approximately fifteen to twenty minutes.
Place the mix into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cook the bread uncovered at 190C/375F (Moderately Hot) for 40 minutes. Garlic And Olive Bread
