Breakfast Blend recipe by Natures Trinity
Directions for Breakfast Blend Recipe:
- Into the blender, add the following fruits.
- Add half an apple, pear, banana, mandarin, orange, lime or sweet lemon. Remove the skins where applicable except the apple and pear.
- Add a sprinkling of cinnamon.
- Plus a thin slice of raw ginger, remove the skin and cut finely.
- Add a medium slice of avocado, remove the skin; this gives the breakfast a thickened, creamy texture.
The photograph displays a serving for one. I used a quarter of the ingredients.
To serve two or more, add more fruit and don’t forget to add more water.
