Raw Beetroot Dip recipe contributed to Natures Trinity
Raw Beetroot Dip
Ingredients:
- One large carrot
- One small whole avocado
- One small whole onion
- A quarter of raw beetroot
- Half a sweet lemon
Method:
- Grate the carrot on the tiny holes on the grater.
- Remove the skin from the onion and dice finely.
- Remove the skin and seed from the avocado and spoon the flesh into the other ingredients.
- Leave the skin on the beetroot and grate on the tiny holes of the grater.
- Squeeze half the juice from the sweet lemon.
- Add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients
There are another two varieties of this recipe.
Option number one: Leave the avocado out.
Option number two: Use a tiny amount of the raw beetroot.
The lemon juice used in options one and two was a bitter lemon.
