Cannellini Bean Dip recipe contributed to Natures Trinity
Cannellini Bean Dip
Ingredients:
- Half a cup of Almond Meal
- Three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Two small tablespoons of soy sauce
- One small brown onion – remove skin and finely dice.
- One large clove of garlic – remove skin and grate on the small holes.
- Two tablespoons of sweet lemon juice
- Half a tsp of Turmeric
Method:

Pour the cannellini beans into a colander and drain. Run cool water over the beans to rinse away the sauce until the water becomes clear.

Add the cannellini beans into a blender or food processor to mash into a paste. If you find that the blender is too hard to mix, add a small amount of water to complete it.

Add the mashed paste into a bowl.

Include all the ingredients mentioned above.
