Potatoes And Carrot Fritters

Ingredients:

5 Medium Red Skinned Potatoes.

1 Large Brown Onion.

2 Cloves Of Garlic.

A Pinch Of Himalayan Pink Salt.

2 Medium-Sized Carrots.

4 Tbsps OF Semolina Flour.

2 Egg Replacers.

2 Small Cups Of Water.

Method:

Rinse The Carrots And Potatoes Under Cold Running Water And Pat Dry.

Grate The Carrots And Potatoes On The Large Oblong Holes Of The Grater, Leaving The Skin On.

Remove The Skin Of The Garlic And Grate On The Smaller Holes.

Remove The Skin Of The Brown Onion And Cut Into Smaller Pieces.

Add A Pinch Of Himalayan Pink Salt.

Add 4 Tbsps Of Fine Semolina Flour

2 Egg Replacers – See Below For Instructions

2 Small Cups Of Water

How To Combine Egg Replacer Powder – Use A Small Cup.

2 Tsps Of Egg Powder And 4 tbsps of Water, Mix Until It Thickens; If It Is Too Thick, Add More Water And Mix Again

Thoroughly Mix All The Ingredients:

Cover The Base Of A Non-Stick Fry Pan With Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Cook Fritters On Moderate Heat. 

Please Use A Tablespoon To Scoop Out The Mix From The Mixing Bowl And Gently Place It Into The Non-Stick Fry Pan.

When The Edges Become Golden, Turn Them Over By Using A Spatula.
