Potato Chunky Chips Recipe

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

 

Four Large Red Potatoes

 

Two Large Fresh Carrots

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Spices:

Italian Mixed Herbs

Mixed Herbs

Sage (Optional)

Hot or Mild Paprika (Optional)

Preparation:

Cut the four red potatoes with the skin on into chunky chip sizes and place them on a roasting tray.

Drizzle the extra virgin oil on all the chips, sprinkle the herbs and cover evenly.

Cook on high heat at 250 Celsius for 35 minutes until tender and golden.
