Grapefruit Punch recipe contributed to Natures Trinity
Grapefruit Punch
Serves 3
Ingredients:
- Add 250 ml of pure water into the blender.
With the high content of fruit juice, it will increase in volume.
- A quarter of an Orange
- A small Mandarin
- A small slice of Pineapple
- A quarter of a Grapefruit
- A small Banana
- A small portion of Rock Melon
- A quarter of a Red Apple
- A quarter of a brown-skinned Pear
- Half a stalk of Celery
- A small piece of Beetroot
- Add a small dried Star Anise
- A sprinkling of Cinnamon
Directions:
Both spices used in this Grapefruit Punch will subdue the tartness of this drink.
Remove the skins and seeds, where applicable, from the following fruit;
Orange, Mandarin, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Banana and Rock Melon.
Please do not remove the skins from the following fruit;
Red Apple and Pear.
With the Celery stalk, use a vegetable peeler to remove the outer course strings.
Celery is known to thin the blood; it may cause complications in people on heart medication. If you need more clarification, leave Celery out or consult your healthcare professional.
Please do not remove the outer skin from the Beetroot and only use a thin slice because it will determine the
final result in colour.
