Coconut Water and Mixed Fruit Blend
250mls of Coconut Water
Serves 2
Ingredients:

Cut a thin slice of pineapple, remove the skin and include the core.

Cut a quarter of each from the following fruits.

Apple
-
Avocado
-
Banana
-
Kiwi fruit
-
Mandarin
-
Orange
-
Papaya
Method:
- Leave skins on Apple and the Pear, and remove the seeds.
- Remove the skins and seeds from the remainder of the fruits.
- Place the avocado on its side and at the narrowest part, cut it by a quarter segment leaving the skin intact and remove the flesh from it.
- Put the open end back on the remainder of the unused portion of the avocado with the seed.
- To manage without spillage, stand it upright using a suitable cup in the refrigerator.
P.S. For all the remainder of the fruit, place it into a bowl cut side down to retain its freshness for next morning’s smoothie
