Avocado & Carrot Dip
Ingredients:
- One avocado
- One and a half carrots
- Half a lemon, juiced
- One brown-skinned onion finely diced
- Whole black peppercorns
Method:
- Place the following ingredients into the mixing bowl.
- Remove the skin and seed from the avocado.
- Grate the carrots on the small holes of the grater
- Juice half a lemon
- Peel and finely dice a brown-skinned onion
- Add black peppercorns (comes in whole black peppercorns grinder).
- Combine these ingredients in a food processor until smooth
