Wholesome Sandwich

Four slices of wholemeal bread.

Avocado – spread half across one side of the bread.

Carrots – grate half of a large carrot into the oblong holes.

Cherry Tomatoes– use two cherry tomatoes and slice them into three pieces each.

Onions: Slice onions through the outer skin and separate them into rings. Remove the skin when separated.

Cucumbers: Four thin slices with skin spread across the bread.

Peanut Butter – Use 100% natural smooth peanut butter – with no preservative additives. Spread the peanut butter lightly on the opposite slice of the bread.

Choice of bread.

Homemade bread, wholemeal, light/dark rye, sourdough,

black olives and garlic bread.

Any of these slices of bread are delicious with the ingredients mentioned above.

When using half of the avocado, leave the seed in the unused portion and enclose it with the empty shell over it to hold it together by placing both halves into a cup; it will remain closed for the next day’s use.
