White Cabbage With Mixed Vegetableswhite cabbage with mixed vegetables

 

Ingredients:

  • Half a white cabbage cut into small pieces.
  • Two large brown onions, remove the skin and dice.
  • A quarter of a bag of frozen winter vegetables.
  • Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  • One litre of water.
  • Two teaspoons of Italian herbs.
  • One teaspoon of vegetable stock.
  • One teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt.
  • One tablespoon of white vinegar.
  • One teaspoon of lemon juice.
  • One and a half teaspoons of dried garlic powder.

 

Method:

  • Add the above ingredients to a pot and cook on medium to high heat.
  • Place the lid cover back on to enhance the cooking process.
  • When it boils, place the lid back on an angle to release some of the steam. Top up with a little more water if necessary.
  • Stir it occasionally. Cook the contents until it has reached the desired softness, remove from heat and allow it to cool for ten minutes.
