White Cabbage Meal

 

Serves 2.)

Ingredients:

  • Half a white cabbage
  • A quarter of red and yellow capsicum
  • One brown onion
  • Two raw cloves of garlic
  • Italian mixed herbs
  • Mild curry
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Black peppercorns
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Water
  • Ginger

Method:

Remove the hardcore from the middle of the white cabbage. Slice the softer leaves finely. Add the sliced part of the cabbage to a semi-steaming pan with the water level midway and a dash of extra virgin olive oil.

Cut the onion into slices, remove the brown skin, separate it into rings and spread it evenly across the pan. Finely dice the red and yellow capsicums and spread evenly across the pan.

Remove the outer skin from the raw garlic cloves, grate each piece finely, and spread it across the pan. Sprinkle lightly the Italian herbs and mild curry across the pan. Add Himalayan pink salt and black peppercorns. Grate ginger in the small holes of the grater.
