Sloshie Roast

Sloshie Roast

Ingredients:

  • Three teaspoons Garlic Granules.
  • Three tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
  • One tablespoon of mild curry.
  • Two Red Capsicums cut into smaller pieces.
  • One medium sweet potato is peeled and cut into small pieces.
  • One teaspoon turmeric.
  • Three brown-skinned onions, remove the skins and cut them into small pieces.
  • Three potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces.
  • Three pumpkin slices remove the skin and seeds; and cut into small pieces.
  • Three medium-sized carrots, if prewashed, cut into small pieces remove any green trimming

 

Method:

  • Place all the above ingredients into a baking tray and spread evenly across.
  • Add a sprinkling of mixed herbs across onto the ingredients in the tray.
  • Add one teaspoon and sprinkle the Himalayan pink salt to the mixed vegetables.
  • Pour extra virgin olive oil over the vegetables.
  • Insert the vegetables into a pre-heated range at 10 minutes for 200 celsius.
  • Cook for 35 minutes. Return to the oven and turn over the vegetables. Reset the timer for a further 35 minutes until cooked through

Please note this recipe was cooked in a fan-forced oven

    Sloshie Roast was created for all undergoing a dental treatment whereby the instructions to follow is to eat softened foods until healing has taken place.
