Poor Man’s Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 5 medium size potatoes
- 5 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric (stops potatoes from going brown)
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 Cup of Fine Semolina
Method:
Remove the skins from the garlic and potatoes. Grate Garlic and Potatoes on fine holes of a grater, add spices and semolina.
Combine and let it sit for 10 minutes Shallow fry on both sides and enjoy!
For a spicier version add a 1/5 of a teaspoon of Hot Chilli Powder into the mixture and mix well.
This dish I make quite often, but instead semolina I put plain flower. Turmeric is very healthy and I use it in most of my meals anyway. It us delicious and U can recommend it 100%
