  • Dry Biscuits
  • One firm ripe avocado
  • A sprinkling of crushed Black Peppercorns
  • Half an brown Onion
  • Squeeze a half lime juice
  • Add a small pinch of Italian Herbs

Method:

  1. Use a fork to crush the avocado and discard the skin.
  2. Remove the skin from the brown onion and finely dice.
  3. Add a squeeze of half a lime juice, include the onion and a small pinch of Italian Herbs.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together.
Use the dry biscuits as a dip into the mix, Enjoy!
