Health and Vitality are the Rewards of a Mineral-Rich Diet.

A friend of mine told me over thirty-five years ago that the vitamins I was taking for my health at the time were a waste of money. I asked why he thought I was wasting my money!

His remark surprised me; a sewerage worker said that inspections conducted in the underground sewerage sections showed undigested vitamins floating in the water.

When I heard this, I didn’t buy any more vitamins. However, I continued to take the vitamin (E) on its own and learned why I no longer suffered from extreme pain every month. Vitamin (E) I found out alleviated the cramps when I took this vitamin alone.

Vitamin (E) it has beneficial effects on ailments such as menopause, varicose veins, menstrual pain, scar tissue, blood clots, these are some of the benefits, and there is a myriad of others as well.

The Georgians who live in the Caucasus Mountains, Soviet Union their diet consists of high doses of vitamins and minerals and they live exceptionally long lives. I would like to end my life on a healthier note and not be a patient at some aged care home or in palliative care in a hospital. Now you probably think what are Minerals? Minerals are the spark of life.     There are no magic foods. Some foods may help you suppress your appetite a little. Some other foods may slightly increase your metabolic rate. Unfortunately, the effect is miniscule. The only way to really lose fat is to consume fewer calories than you burn. This way your body will tap into the fat stores to get the energy it needs.

    I get my protein from my diet of greens picked fresh from my garden. Rajiv where do you think the land grazing animals get their protein from? The plant food kingdom supplies both man and animals protein.
