Green Thingy Smoothie recipe by Natures Trinity

Directions for Green Thingy Smoothie:

If it is large cut it in half if it is small use it whole.Green Thingy Smoothie

Ingredients:

Add glass and a half of filtered water to the blender.

One Mango, remove the skin and seed.

Half of the following fruit:

  • Pear
  • Apple
  • Plum
  • Nectarine

Remove the skin from the following fruit:

  • Banana
  • Orange

Add:

Two stalks of celery. (Remove the outer course strings)

A small handful of pre-packaged baby leaves.

Half a carrot do not remove the skin.

A quarter of a clove of garlic, remove the skin.

A quarter slice of avocado without the skin, this will give the smoothie a creamy consistency. If it’s too creamy, add a little more water according to your taste.

Plus:

A teaspoon of the following:

  • Maca
  • Coconut flour
  • Linseed meal
  • Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • Hemp seeds

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
