Soup – Go With The Flow! Recipe
(Serves 3)
Ingredients:
- 3 Large Carrots
- 4 Medium red potatoes
- 1/4 Kent pumpkin
- 2 Large brown onions
- 250 grams of mixed broccoli and cauliflower
- 3 Mushrooms
- 2 Vegetable stock cubes
- 1/4 Red cabbage
- 4 Small garlic cloves
- Add water
Method:
Could you remove the outer covering for the following vegetables and chop them roughly?
Potatoes
Pumpkin
Onions
Garlic
Pour water into the pot, just covering the vegetables.
Cook until tender, take off the heat and let it cool off for five to ten minutes.
If it is still too hot, leave it for the desired temperature.
