Ingredients:
- Two tablespoons of premium dark chocolate powder
- One tablespoon of “Oh So Natural 100% Smooth Peanut Butter.”
- Two tablespoons of lite coconut cream.
- One teacup of pure water.
- One tablespoon of Pure Canadian Maple syrup.
- One teaspoon of Queens Vanilla Bean Extract.
Method:
- Pour the above ingredients into the blender, and rinse the mixing bowl under pure cold running water to a quarter level.
- Once the mixing bowl walls are cleaned from the chocolate, pour the leftover mix back into the blender.
- Blend on high until well mixed.
- Pour the ingredients directly from the jug into the ice block trays.
- Leave in the freezer for approximately two hours to set.
- It makes 30 chocolate ice blocks.
