Cool Blend Fruit Smoothie Recipe by Natures Trinity
Ingredients:
- One Orange
- One Mandarin

One Red Apple
- One Pear
- One Large Banana
- Two Branches of Fresh Mint
- A sprinkling of Turmeric
Method:
Remove the skins from the orange, mandarin and banana. Leave the skin on the apple and pear only discard the seeds and stems. Add a quarter filtered water to the blender (more if desired). Blend all together until smooth.
