Budget Smoothie #2 Recipe by Natures Trinity
Ingredients:
- Three white-stemmed Chard leaves
- Two red-stemmed Chard leaves
- Three branches of fresh Mint
- One Basil Branch of leaves
- Two branches of fresh Parsley
- Half an Apple
- Half an Orange
- Half a Pear
- One small Banana
Spices:
Include directly into the blender by tapping each bottle once.
- Coriander
- Cumin
- Dill
- Dutch Cinnamon
- Ginger
- Marjoram
- Nutmeg
- Oregano
- Sesame Seeds
- Turmeric
- Black Pepper Grinder – turn three times
- One teaspoon of Hemp Seeds
- One teaspoon of Maca Powder
Method:
- Rinse the greens, and before you cut the Apple and Pear.
- Remove the leaves from the following greens, White and Red stemmed Chards, Mint, Basil and Parsley. Discard the stems.
- Discard the skins from these fruits Orange and Banana.
- Leave the skin on for the Apple and Pear.
- The other half of the fruit place in a bowl face down and in the refrigerator.
- Last but not least, add a standard glass of water to the blender.
