Budget Smoothie #2 Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Three white-stemmed Chard leaves
  • Two red-stemmed Chard leaves
  • Three branches of fresh Mint
  • One Basil Branch of leaves
  • Two branches of fresh Parsley
  • Half an Apple
  • Half an Orange
  • Half a Pear
  • One small Banana

Spices:

Include directly into the blender by tapping each bottle once.

Budget Smoothie #2 Recipe

  • Coriander
  • Cumin
  • Dill
  • Dutch Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Marjoram
  • Nutmeg
  • Oregano
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Turmeric
  • Black Pepper Grinder –  turn three times
  • One teaspoon of Hemp Seeds
  • One teaspoon of Maca Powder

Method:

  1. Rinse the greens, and before you cut the Apple and Pear.
  2. Remove the leaves from the following greens, White and Red stemmed Chards, Mint, Basil and Parsley. Discard the stems.
  3. Discard the skins from these fruits Orange and Banana.
  4. Leave the skin on for the Apple and Pear.
  5. The other half of the fruit place in a bowl face down and in the refrigerator.
  6. Last but not least, add a standard glass of water to the blender.
