Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
6 Strawberries – rinse and remove green leaves
1 Orange
1 Banana
1 Passion fruit
1 Medium slice of Pineapple
A couple leaves of Fresh Mint
1 Thin slice of Ginger – remove skin and finely grate
I use a blender and to start it – I have to use just enough water to cover the blades and this does dilute the consistency of my drink.
Personally I prefer wholesome juice slightly diluted because I don’t like drinking fruit juice where I have to eat it with a spoon.
I hope you enjoy this drink as much as I do. Where applicable remove the skins and seeds. In the case of Passion Fruit, lots of seeds, scoop out the flesh and remove outer skin (LOL)!
I choose Bananas where the skin is showing markings (not perfect yellow) this indicates to me that the Banana is ripe to eat whenever I want it.
