This tropical fruit blend recipe serves two:
One Large Banana
One Medium Slice of Papaya
One Medium Slice of Pineapple
Four Crushed Black Peppercorns
A Quarter Teaspoon of Tumeric
One Teaspoon Of Dried Mint Leaves or a Head of Fresh Mint
One Branch of Fresh Dill or Dried Dill Leaves
A Small Amount of Grated Ginger (Fresh is Best)
If you are blending, add half a cup of water to the ingredients.
Remove all seeds and skins where applicable.
