Lightly Fried Red Cabbage

Ingredients and Method:

Add water to cover a large base of the frying pan, pour
one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil into the water.

Slice half of the cabbage into thinner strips, and discard the core.

Peel one large brown onion, remove the skin and dice it.

Slice one and a half of Massel Vegetable stock cubes, slice thinly and spread evenly.

One good sprinkling of mixed herbs

Thoroughly mix the ingredients and cook until the water has reduced.
