Kiwi Tooty Frooty Smoothie Recipe by Natures Trinity
Ingredients:
- One yellow-fleshed kiwifruit
- One banana
- One orange
- One mandarin
- One sweet apple
Kiwi Tooty Frooty Method:
Remove the skins from the orange, mandarin and the banana.
Leave the skin on the apple and discard the seeds.
Scoop out the flesh from the Kiwi fruit and discard the skin.
Add a standard cup of filtered water to the blender, more if desired.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
