Feijoa is now out of season and I will have to wait next year for another crop to emerge in Autumn. If you do not like coconut water, have a shandy half pure water to half coconut water. The flavour is not as strong as the coconut water on its own. The Star Anise is not that strong and it will not overwhelm the taste of the Feijoa fruit.

I was astonished when I offered this drink to an acquaintance to learn coconut water was not liked and after the drink told it was a wonderful blend.
