Developing a Healthy Mindset

Developing a healthy mindset is when you decide to change your approach to making decisions about lifestyle changes. It could be to do with the diet, which won’t be something you will do overnight it may take longer to make this critical decision.

Planning menus and which foods to replace or change all of it. Do your research beforehand.

If you have a family member and or spouse, then you will need to discuss it with them as well. Will they be willing to change to a healthy mindset with you, or will you be doing this on your own?

Developing a Healthy MindsetIt’s not only the food that plays a significant role, but it also requires extra support, especially these days because of petrochemicals and synthetic fertilizers destroy the mineral content of our fruits and vegetables.

It is essential not only to take a broad spectrum of vitamins which cannot function without minerals being present. So, if you take vitamins on their own, you will not be successful in maintaining your health.

On many occasions travelling to and from work, I met up with friends who noticed I never displayed symptoms of ill-health when they were not in the best of health. I advised my fellow travellers,

I took vitamins and minerals to support my health.

You would think by my answer there would have been a further inquiry, but, there was not.

To the best of your health,

Having a healthy mindset is everything. I read a book recently by Dr Gabor Maté called “when the Body Says No”. In his book Dr Maté demonstrates (through extensive research) that emotional stress is a major cause of physical illness, from cancer to autoimmune conditions and many other chronic diseases.

The relationship between the mind and body is so important! Thank you for sharing this article!
