(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Large Strawberry (Remove Green Leaves)
1 Orange
1 Apricot
1 Sweet Red Apple (cored)
1 Med Slice of Pineapple
1 Passion fruit
1 Pinch of Fresh Mint
1 Slice of Ginger (Skin scraped off)
Method:
Remove skins and pips where applicable except, for the Apple – leave the skin on and remove the pips. Dice all the other fruits and add filtered water just covering the blades.
I am complying with the manufacturers’ recommendation to add the water to my blender before I add the fruit. I have on occasion forgotten to do this and found that my blender would jam and when I added the required amount of water – no problem!
