Your health is precious – look after it!

How precious is the condition to be in good health! And it is therefore our duty to look after it?
Physical Health is as important as Mental Health. We should eat natural healthy foods have regular exercise and some time for rest and/or play!

For our Mental Health it is important that we always entertain “clean thoughts” practice “clean habits” and watch that our actions and general behavior especially towards others, is always “clean”, with special emphasis clean or decent language. We should be selective in the choices of friendship and other associations, and have our becoming of same with a preference for the aforementioned! This makes for better “social obligation” and more respectable reputation! And thus on all fronts greater success and the general approval of others which leads to a more desirable and advanced lifestyle and consequent generally “cleaner” way of living.

As bad habits and bad conduct or any adverse actions can lead to bad example and can be followed or copied as such! After all, as well as to our self, our associations and way of personal demeanor we still have – with all of this – for the betterment of the “All”, our social obligations!
