Nature's Trinity

Why do I think Vegan/Vegetarian diet is superior?

First of all humans as a species, originally were plant and fruit eaters. Many cultures of the world are primarily Vegetarian; some have changed to Vegan.

Vegetarians still eat the by-products from animals, such as milk and, eggs. Vegans eat raw which includes a vast selection of fruits and vegetables, grains, pulses, nuts, seeds, aromatic herbs and spices. They may include some cooked food as well.

Let’s look at the physiological aspects of meat-eating.

* Carnivore’s teeth are long sharp and pointed, and the jaw moves up and down for tearing and biting.

* We have molars for crushing and grinding and our jaws moves from side to side.

* A carnivore’s saliva is acid and geared for the digestion of animal proteins. Our saliva is alkaline for the digestion of starch.

* A carnivore’s stomach is simple round sack that secretes ten times more hydrochloric acid than that of non-carnivore.

* A carnivore’s intestines are shorter because it is structured for faster elimination of food which quickly rots.

* Our intestines are longer and it is intended to keep food until all nutrients are taken out by the body. The purpose of the human bowell was not for food that is too hard to digest as in the case of animal flesh. By the time you reach middle age, your colon has not eliminated all toxic waste which by now would be putrefying and poisoning your entire system which could lead to disease.

The other book is called Internal Health The Key to Eternal Youth and Vitality, It all starts in the gut. Do you suffer from any of the symptoms listed in his book?

* The liver of Carnivore is capable of eliminating 10 – 15 times more uric acid than the liver of a non-carnivore.

* Our liver removes a small amount of uric acid. Uric acid is an extremely dangerous toxic substance that can wreak havoc on your body.

A highly processed, meat-rich diet is a contributing factor in more than 20 different diseases.

These days we are also aware that farmers are using growth hormones, pesticides and antibiotics, and these all end up in the flesh of the animal that people end up eating. What about BSE disease in cattle?

Secondly, Vegan/Vegetarian diet exhibits compassion for the planet. The World, nearly 40% of the grain we grow feed for livestock.
If we fed some of this grain to people, we could grow less, produce less meat, let the land rest and still feed people starving on the planet.

And most of all Vegan/Vegetarian diet exhibits compassion for ourselves.

It is kind to our digestive system.

A Vegan/vegetarian living is inexpensive; food keeps well without a freezer. These raw foods are so much easier and healthier to make.

There is increasing evidence that Vegan/Vegetarians are on a healthier diet and will enjoy a lot more years than expected by not eating meat.

Every time you eat meat, you condemn the next animal to be killed to satisfy the demand for consuming flesh.

Your choice!
