Should We Be Eating More Raw Food?

Somewhere we have been misguided and lost our inner knowing of what is natural to eat and instead we’ve been led to believe in eating refined and altered foods.

In nature, animals eat only RAW food and don’t consult experts on how to live healthily active lives; they do not suffer from the many ailments and sicknesses that humans do.

Wild animals come into human care, they suffer the same diseases as humans, because they eat food which is not their natural food.

A research and study conducted at the Institute of Clinical Chemistry in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1930 under the directive of Dr. Paul Kouchakoff on the effects of cooked and raw food.

It was tested and documented on prepared food; A person eats this food the blood responds immediately by increasing the number of white cells as if something harmful such as an injury or infection occurs in the body. No one knew why the number of white cells would rise after eating cooked food.

So is all cooked, foods devoid of enzymes and eating these dead foods burden and eventually exhaust the pancreas and other organs. Would it be advisable to eat a small salad before consuming cooked food to ease the load on the pancreas?

There was no blood reaction to raw food being eaten.

So should we eat more raw foods?

People who eat a greater percentage (50 – 60%) of Raw foods are free from most illnesses and have higher energy levels.

In 1932 Author, Heinrich Warburg noble prize winner found that acid food causes CANCER!

Cooked food is acidic food it is also called dead food!

Raw food is full of life giving enzymes;
