Eating Nature’s Foods Without Dieting

Is it possible to be slim, energised, happy and satisfied eating nature’s foods without dieting?

Many eating habits may be acquired from childhood and be harder to break when changing it to a different diet. It takes years to form patterns, but it does not mean it is too late to change from a previous menu to a current way of eating.

Sudden weight loss changes can play a role in how one feels such as keeping to a restricted diet and maintaining it for the rest of the time to lose the amount of weight desired.

It may lead to short-term weight loss, but it will not help in the long term because it will not improve eating habits permanently, one needs to focus on reinforcing the new menu and replacing the foods that caused the weight gain in the first place.

The difference: Vegetarian it consists of animal by-products such as cheese, milk, butter, yogurt and eggs.

I changed my diet from meat eating of twenty-nine years to Vegetarian for thirty-seven years to Vegan five years ago, and I look forward to my current food with relish.

When on a vegetarian diet, I ate sweets and put on a lot of weight. Being Vegan, I had no problems in keeping the weight off.

Eating Nature’s Foods without dieting: With the combination of fresh vegetables and fruit, either consumed raw or steamed benefits health and there is no need to make lists of what to eat and not eat. One can eat as much or as little of it without the weight gain.
