I do not consider my article about belly fat to be “silly gimmicks”. You failed to mention diet, only exercise.

Everybody’s body reacts differently and not everybody can just do hard exercises to make them sweat until they cannot exercise anymore to reduce belly fat.

If one continues to eat what they have always eaten then no amount of exercise will help to get rid of or reduce belly fat.

I know this from my own personal experience, I eliminated certain foods from my diet and eat according to my body’s Circadian Rhythm. I also exercise 7 Days a week and I have no issue with belly fat.

You just need hard work. It’s as simple as that. Forget these silly gimmicks. Pure simple solid hard work that makes the sweat pop out all over your body. Give your body a reason and then it will reduce your belly fat.
